US-based herbal & wellness brand

Location:
Gulberg Lahore (Onsite)
Shift:
6 PM – 3 AM (Monday–Saturday)
Experience:
(1-2 years experience)
Salary:
60,000-80,000 PKR per month
Channels:
Email + Social Media Support
What You'll Do:
- Respond to customer queries via email & social media
- Handle product, order, and general support questions
- Maintain accurate records & escalate when needed
- Deliver friendly, brand-aligned communication

- Great written communication
- Attention to detail & problem-solving mindset
- Ability to work night shift
- Stable internet; remote-ready
