Proven experience handling Shopify email support.
Strong understanding of Shopify orders, refunds, disputes, and customer queries.
Familiar with AI tools and knows how to use them effectively to get the best results.
Fast learner who can adapt quickly.
Flexible and able to work under pressure.
Clear and professional written communication.
Location preference: Nowshera (KPK) and surrounding areas, or Islamabad / Rawalpindi
