Requirements:
- 2–3 years of experience in
banking and financial services customer support - Excellent
English communication skills
(verbal and written) - Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to handle customers with empathy and professionalism
- Proficiency in CRM tools and basic computer applications
