Responsibilities
Managing customer service inquiries for our international clients over the phone and email
Identifying and assessing customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
Requirements
- The applicants must have strong communication & interpersonal skills
- Experience in international customer support/call center is a plus
- Candidates with O/A Level educational background or Graduates with majors in business will be preferred
- Cross-cultural awareness, Knowledge of the UAE market is a plus
- Should have some experience and knowledge of Customer services/experience.
