Position Overview
As a Customer Service Support Specialist, you will serve as the initial point of contact for prospective buyers and investors. Your role will involve understanding client needs, presenting suitable real estate investment options, and supporting the sales team in achieving performance goals.
Key Responsibilities
Reach out to potential clients through phone, email, and digital channels
Respond to property inquiries in a professional and timely manner
Identify client requirements and recommend appropriate investment opportunities
Follow up with leads to improve conversion rates
Accurately maintain and update client information in the CRM system
Coordinate with the sales team to ensure seamless client transitions
Achieve and exceed assigned outreach and sales targets
