About the Role

We have partnered with a company that is a leader in the provision of Risk and Compliance Auditing and Management services to the built property sector, whose clients are some of the largest corporations in Australia. 

As a Customer Service Representative, you will manage a range of administrative tasks, including handling inbound and outbound calls, raising work orders, coordinating with contractors for urgent tasks, and processing various invoices. You will also handle sign-off tickets and insurance documentation while responding to email queries and updates. You'll track and close outstanding jobs within agreed KPIs to maintain operational efficiency.
