As a Bilingual Customer Support Representative, you’ll be the first point of contact for internal and external customers seeking assistance with shipping, credits, returns, and entry-level product support. You’ll deliver timely, accurate resolutions via phone, e-mail, and fax—building trust and loyalty with every interaction.
