About the Role:
Newsela is looking for a dedicated Support & Billing Specialist to join our remote team in the
Philippines
. In this role, you will be one of the primary points of contact for our customers, primarily teachers, guiding them through the subscription and renewal process.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct phone calls and emails to schools to facilitate timely renewals.
• Generate quotes, process orders, and manage invoicing.
• Discuss billing information with customers which includes payment timing, billing address information, and due dates.
• Assist customers with basic troubleshooting and account inquiries.
