About the Role

Our client is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented team member to support day-to-day logistics operations. This role focuses on track & trace, order building, dispatch-level carrier communication, and proactive customer updates to ensure shipments move smoothly from pickup to delivery.

You'll play a critical role in maintaining operational accuracy, keeping systems up to date, and supporting customers with timely and clear shipment information.

Key Responsibilities

  • Track and monitor shipments from pickup through final delivery
  • Perform track & trace and proactively update customers on shipment status and ETAs
