• Become an expert and maintain full understanding of our products and services; explain them to new learners starting a goFLUENT training.
• Offer the learner the best journey possible by understanding expectations and efficiently addressing concerns the learner might face.
• Reply to learner requests on several communication channels (phone, email, chat, etc.).
• Ensure smooth and efficient communication with internal teams.
• Call students to encourage them to take full advantage of the available resources.
