Customer Support Expert

We are now hiring Customer Support Experts to assist our customers over the phone.
This is a full-time position only with long-term potential

Customers will call us and ask for assistance with various tasks, such as:

Checking their email accounts
Purchasing items they need
Signing up for services
Logging into or managing their accounts
Checking or signing up for credit score reports
Conducting general online searches

The tasks we handle are all things that can be done online.

This is the roadmap of our hiring process:

Once you get shortlisted; you take a quiz that typically takes about an hour to complete.
If you pass the quiz, you will be invited to take two live mock calls or skill tests. The first one usually takes around 20 minutes, and the second one is longer, typically about an hour.
After passing the skill tests, you will proceed with orientation and training.
