We are hiring Customer Support Executives for one of our reputed BPO clients for a Hospitality Voice Process.

Location: Jaipur

Role: Customer Support Executive – Voice

Shift: Rotational / Night Shifts

Working Days: 5.5 Days Working

⚡ Joining: Immediate / Within 7 Days

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound customer calls professionally

• Resolve customer queries efficiently

• Maintain service quality & customer satisfaction

• Update CRM/system records accurately

• Follow process guidelines

Required Skills & Experience:

• Minimum 6 months BPO Voice experience (PF mandatory)

• Good English communication skills

• Comfortable with rotational shifts

• Graduate / Undergraduate eligible

• Freshers not eligible
