Vacancy Title: Software/Customer support executive
* Good communication skills; spoken English and Hindi are a must.
* Speaking other languages would be added advantage
* Good working experience as a customer care executive for a cloud-based software product is a must. * Expertise in dealing with Customers on phone/email/chat
* Ability to resolve customer complaints and requirements amicably and smoothly, following set processes and protocols.
* Working knowledge of Intercom system is an added advantage
* Should have basic knowledge of SQL, .NET, and other technical languages.
* Should have experience in Demo, support, and Training with client
