About the Role
Momentum Consulting Group (MCG) is seeking Customer Support Engineers for a leading FinTech organization in Karachi. We are looking for motivated and technically skilled professionals with strong troubleshooting abilities and a customer-centric mindset.
Requirements
3–5 years of relevant experience.
Diploma or Bachelor's degree (BE, BS, or B.Tech ).
Experience in analyzing and troubleshooting technical issues.
Strong understanding of electrical circuits, mechanical hardware, and software.
Positive attitude with ownership of assigned tasks.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
Self-motivated, enthusiastic, and adaptable to changing assignments.
Willingness to work extended hours or weekends when required.
Pay: Rs60,000.00 - Rs70,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
