Responsibilities

  • System focus – Platform
  • Business focus Front Desk
  • Project remaining accountabilities
  • Fault finding, Alignment, Use Case update/develop, Spec'ing
  • Gov Process management in ensuring collaboration
  • Business Solution Stabilization — Clear out existing and future (warranty) defects.
  • Customer fronting
  • Defect process management 1st, 2nd, 3rd party collaboration
  • Test, deploy, signoff in governance process management
  • Project
  • Assist / Advise PM on Closeout and Handover Process (Business and Support)
  • Schematic Handover & The Transition to a full Data Admin Service
  • (a) Structure, Customer Interface
  • (b) Management/Oversight of Schematic Team
