Role Description
This is a Mid level full-time, on-site role for a Customer Support Engineer (Technical) based in Dha 2 Islamabad. The incumbent will provide technical support to clients, troubleshoot technical issues, and resolve customer inquiries efficiently. Other responsibilities include delivering excellent customer service, analyzing and diagnosing client needs, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
Technical Support and Troubleshooting skills
Strong Analytical Skills for diagnosing and resolving issues effectively
Proficiency in Customer Support and Customer Service practices
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work collaboratively in an on-site environment
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred
1 year or more experience in similar Role
