Job Role - Technical Support Associate
Location - Malad, Mumbai.
Working Days - 6 days a week | 1 week-off
CTC - Up to 4.80 LPA
Responsibilities
- Handle customer calls for products used on site.
- Provide guidance with regards to Adhesives, waterproofing and Construction chemicals
- Understand customer requirements and provide recommendations for the same
- Resolve product-related queries
Qualifications
- Degree/ Diploma in Civil Engineering
- Minimum 1 year experience into Site/ Civil Engineering
- Strong verbal communication skills
