A fast-growing SaaS start-up in Amsterdam are building out their support team. Think: software used daily by customers and clients to run everything from planning to payments, marketing and customer management.
This is not a “copy-paste tickets” role. You’ll be close to users, you’ll think logically, you’ll diagnose issues properly, and you’ll grow towards a more technical 2nd line / product-bridge support role. This is a growing team with huge progression potential.
