About the Role
Key Responsibilities:
· Act as the primary technical interface between Airbus and airline customers for IFE and connectivity systems.
· Provide timely and effective resolution of in-service technical issues related to IFE and connectivity systems.
· Analyze and respond to customer queries using Airbus technical documentation (AMM, TSM, IPC, MPD, CMM, etc.).
· Coordinate with internal design offices, suppliers, and program teams to resolve complex technical issues.
· Support Entry-Into-Service (EIS) activities, including on-site support and training for airline personnel.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree in Aerospace, Electronics, Avionics, or a related engineering field.
