About the Role
Are you an immediately available Customer Support Coordinator seeking a fast-paced opportunity?
We are seeking a coordinator who will be responsible for delivering efficient administrative support to both the Customer Team and customers. This role is essential in providing a seamless customer experience wile ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements.
Key responsibilities include working complex cases, managing voluntary and hostile vehicle collections , deceased estates and vulnerable cases.
This role is subject to satisfactory references to include a DBS Check and Financial Check.
Duties
Manage written correspondence including in box management.
Banking and invoice management.
Assisting with amendments to customer accounts.
Produce management reports for the team.
Customer focused - ability to build rapport
Knowledge of FCA regulations desirable
