Position: Online Customer Support Agent (Remote)

Location: Remote – Pakistan

Working Hours

10:00 AM – 11:00 PM (Dubai Time)

1.5-hour break included

Monthly Salary

PKR 60,000 – 75,000 (based on experience & performance)

Job Responsibilities

Handle customer communication on WhatsApp in a professional and timely manner

Manage vendor coordination via Telegram and WhatsApp

Communicate and coordinate with internal team members and colleagues

Resolve customer issues efficiently and provide quick, practical solutions

Maintain accurate communication records and follow internal processes

Requirements

Educated individual with excellent spoken and written English
