A Customer Support Agent at FinchPay will respond to users messages via live-chat and email. No ingoing or outgoing calls will be made. As we are a crypto exchange website, the candidate should have experience with crypto. No experience in Customer Support required. We provide 2 weeks paid training, only after that you will start the work. Own laptop/PC is required. The main responsibility will be responding to users messages based on our Knowledge Base. Hours are flexible.
