π Schedule:
Shift duration: 8 hours, starting between 5:00β7:00 AM (Moscow time) Monday-Friday
π¬ What youβll do:
Provide informational support to customers via calls and chats;
Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients;
Identify customer needs in detail and offer the right solutions;
Handle objections professionally;
Prepare and submit timely reports.
