As a Customer Success Engineer, you make sure our customers get the most out of Drillster. You’ll be the trusted advisor helping organizations launch, use, and expand their learning programs while proactively identifying new opportunities for growth.

You will:

• Guide new customers through a smooth onboarding process, from platform setup and first content creation to training their teams and launching their first learning programs.
• Support existing customers by resolving issues quickly and inspiring them to continuously expand and optimize their use of the Drillster app.
