As a Customer Success Manager for Open Telekom Cloud (OTC), you will:

  • Be the go-to Open Telekom Cloud expert, leveraging your cloud expertise to provide customers with reliable guidance and drive business growth.
  • Offer tailored advice to customers, assisting with their first-time use of OTC or enhancing their ongoing cloud performance through consumption growth and upselling strategies.
  • Proactively engage customers to prevent churn, using analytical insights and management expertise to ensure satisfaction and success.
  • Leverage technical know-how to improve both customer satisfaction and organizational efficiency.
  • Liaise with cross-functional teams to translate customer requirements into actionable feature requests.
