About the Role
I am currently working with a high-growth AI SaaS scale-up who is hiring its first Customer Success Manager in LATAM to support enterprise clients across South & Central America.
This is a foundational hire and you will own post-sales success in the region, lead complex enterprise implementations, drive adoption, protect renewals, and identify expansion opportunities.
You’ll work closely with C-level stakeholders while helping localize playbooks and shape regional strategy.
What they are looking for:
- 8+ years experience in a Customer Success Management role.
- Strong commercial mindset (renewals + upsell exposure).
- Executive presence & stakeholder management.
- Fluency in Spanish & English (Portuguese is an added bonus).
- Comfortable operating autonomously in a scaling environment.
