A US-based digital agency is hiring a Customer Success Manager to lead client communication, reporting, and strategy for Google Ads accounts. This role is perfect for someone with strong PPC experience who enjoys working directly with clients and solving problems—not just running campaigns.
Responsibilities:
- Be the main contact for 20+ Google Ads accounts
- Build strong relationships with clients through clear and friendly communication
- Review campaign results (CPA, ROAS, CTR) and explain them in simple terms
