Reports to: Manager, Customer Success

Travel: 40%

  • Relationship Management
    • Builds trusted partnerships with command staff, procurement, and training leads.
    • Facilitates executive business reviews (QBRs, annual ROI conversations).
  • Customer Onboarding & Expectation Management
