Job Description
This role leads the strategic framing and execution of customer transformation initiatives across business units. The Customer Strategy & Design Manager takes a top-down approach, starting from organizational goals and customer needs, to identify growth opportunities, develop transformation roadmaps, and craft business recommendations that deliver measurable impact.
