Customer Service/Tech Support Rep - Software (On-Site)

Responsibilities

  • Provide inbound customer support.
  • Help customers resolve technical issues.
  • Assist in correcting billing concerns.
  • Help customers with software related issues.
  • Deliver expert customer experiences with a smile.

Qualifications

  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Banking and invoicing accounts receivable experience is an asset.
  • Prior customer service experience required (at least 1 year).
  • Strong listening skills to understand, empathize, and resolve customer issues.
  • Ability to effectively communicate verbally.
  • Open availability to work weekdays between 8am-12am Mon-Fri EST and weekends 9am-6pm.
  • Proficiency in fast-paced multi-tasking.
  • Eagerness to learn new technologies.
