•   Maintaining customer's focus at all times and answering to customer's enquiries using the standard guidelines.

•   Ensure booking and cargo planning of shipments are in compliance to customers & followed process

•   Able to Handle Air / Sea Outbound LCL/FCL/Nomination Shipments/ CIDB Shipments

•   Liaise With carriers to ensure accurate data on shipments & timely submission of SI to carriers.

•   Able to establish a productive & effective working relationship with internal & external customers.
