- Handle customer inquiries related to billing, arrears, and account management, providing solutions and guidance on payment options and programs
- Manage account setups, terminations, and updates with accurate data entry and recordkeeping
- Schedule and coordinate appointments for water services and meter-related operations
- Address and resolve billing errors, analyze accounts, and maintain compliance with company and regulatory standards
- Reconcile collection accounts, allocate payments, and audit records for accuracy
