About the Role
Requirements
- Able to speak & type Mandarin and have good English proficiency
- Minimum Diploma or higher.
- Previous working experience in customer service, or customer service related fields will be prioritized.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Preferably with outspoken personality.
- Presentable outlook and personality.
- With Customer Service experience is added advantage
- Computer Literate
- Able to work morning shift & night shift rotation (12 hour including 1 hour break per shift)
