Job Summary:
We are looking for a results-driven and technically skilled professional with BPO experience to join our team. The ideal candidate has a strong background in both sales and technical support, with hands-on knowledge in domains, DNS, and Microsoft O365 troubleshooting.
Qualifications:
At least 1 year BPO experience
Minimum 6 months Sales experience
Minimum 6 months Technical Support experience
Knowledgeable in Domains, DNS, and Microsoft O365 troubleshooting
Experience in web hosting is an advantage
Strong sales skills with the ability to upsell and handle objections
Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
Customer-focused and detail-oriented
