About the Role

Key responsibilities:

Act as the main point of contact for your customer portfolio.

Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal teams.

Handle customer queries with ownership and professionalism.

Accurately process high volumes of orders in SAP.

Coordinate product availability and delivery timelines.

Validate pricing and support contract updates.

About you:
Fluent English and Dutch.

5+ years in Customer Service, ideally in B2B or manufacturing.

Strong SAP experience (5+ years preferred).

Salesforce knowledge is a plus.
