Key Responsibilities:
Act as the primary contact for B2B customers, managing queries related to orders, deliveries, product availability, and account support.
Accurately process and monitor customer orders, ensuring timely fulfillment and communication.
Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Logistics, Finance, Technical Support) to resolve customer issues and ensure service excellence.
Maintain a strong understanding of our automotive product portfolio and service offerings.
