To improve service level, attempt to build stronger relationship with the customers and provide higher customer satisfaction at all levels.
Job Descriptions
Major activities
- To handle costing and billing for shipments
- Prepare e-payments and/or yellow vouchers for payments to the shipping liners/co-loaders for D/O collection
- Update customers on the status of their shipments via email
- Resolve customers’ queries by determining the cause of the problem and providing the best solution to solve the issue
- Coordinating with Operations and Sales to meet customers’ needs
- Responsible for servicing and building rapport with existing customers assigned by Management and further developing new trade lanes
- Update shipment milestones in Value+
- Billing, costing and document sorting before sending to the customers
- Filing of documents into the cloud
- MNC accounts
