As Customer Service Specialist you will be responsible for providing operational and administrative support to ensure smooth freight movement, timely customer communication, and accurate documentation. The role acts as a key liaison between customers, warehouse teams, drivers, and internal departments to ensure service excellence and operational efficiency. 
Tasks and responsibilities
Assist customer with requests and requirements pertaining to pick up and deliveries, tracing shipments, POD information, rate quotes, and special handling

Interact with management and warehouse personnel to establish service criteria and meet customer requirements

Follow-up on admin topics on time, delivered solutions, delivered vendors, quotations, etc.
