We are hiring a part-time Customer Service / Virtual Assistant to handle customer emails, manage inquiries through CRM systems, follow up on open cases, and ensure smooth communication with clients. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, have strong written English, and be able to work on-site at our office in Bahria Town, Lahore (evening shift only). Experience with Shopify and customer service platforms such as Zendesk, Gorgias, or Reamaze will be a strong plus.
