WHAT YOU WILL EXPERIENCE IN THIS POSITION:



+ Serve as the main point of contact for assigned customers, building long-term, trusted relationships.

+ Provide clear, timely, and accurate information to new and existing customers throughout the entire customer lifecycle.

+ Manage customer inquiries via phone and email, ensuring professional, solution-oriented responses.

+ Process, update, and monitor customer orders in ERP/CRM systems with a strong focus on accuracy and timeliness.

+ Collaborate closely with Sales, Logistics, Finance, and Supply Chain teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment.
