Customer Service Representative

WE ARE HIRING FOR THE FOLLOWING HEALTHCARE CSR POSITIONS:

• Claims/Collections Representative - This role is responsible for timely and accurate resolution of account receivables either through insurance payment collections, adjustment, or write offs.
• Verification of Benefits Representative - Responsible for coordinating insurance verification and pre-authorization processes, managing supply orders, and maintaining accurate patient records. Provides clear communication to patients regarding order status, costs, and payments, while ensuring all required medical documentation is obtained. Collaborates with insurance companies and internal teams to support efficient operations and timely resolution of inquiries.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS | EDUCATION:

• Completed at least 2 years in College or with an Associate or Bachelor's Degree
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
