Billingual and Trillingual Customer Service Representatives (CSR) to support operations. This role focuses on delivering high‑quality customer support through a call center environment, handling customer inquiries, and ensuring an excellent customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and/or outbound customer interactions via phone and/or digital channels
- Resolve customer inquiries, issues, and service requests efficiently
- Provide accurate information regarding AT&T products and services
- Maintain high customer satisfaction through professional communication
- Follow established processes and compliance guidelines
- Meet KPIs such as productivity, quality, and customer experience metrics
Requirements
- 1 - 3 years of experience in Customer Care
- English Advanced level
- Portuguese Advanced level (for trillingual position only)
