About the Role
Our growing chemical distribution business is looking for a self-motivated Customer Service Representative to join our team. This is a full-time position. The ideal candidate is highly customer focused, detail oriented, and can work in a fast-paced environment. Experience in the chemical distribution industry is preferred.
Position Summary:
Process orders from customers in a timely manner while ensuring order accuracy and compliance with customer requirements. Handle other customer requests or issues that may or may not relate directly to an order and assist in handling general office duties that are assigned to the customer service department.
