We have five branch auto shops and more coming soon, located in Ohio, the U.S. We're looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team and help ensure a smooth and professional experience for our customers.

**Responsibilities**
*Handle inbound calls from new customers, collect customer and insurance information, and share details with the appropriate team members.
* Handle inbound calls from existing customers and transfer them to the designated claim specialist in charge.
* Schedule appointments for inbound calls.
* Monitor inquiries from Yelp, Wix, CarWise, and DRP platforms, and call potential customers to set up appointments.
* Assist with sending documents to customers when needed.
