- Support client onboarding and basic account maintenance

and related platforms - Follow documented processes and SOPs to ensure consistent support
- Communicate professionally with clients and internal team members
- Escalate issues when needed and ensure timely resolution
- Maintain accurate notes, updates, and client records
Requirements
