Key Responsibilities

  • Support client onboarding and basic account maintenance
  • Navigate and update records in

  • Follow documented processes and SOPs to ensure consistent support
  • Communicate professionally with clients and internal team members
  • Escalate issues when needed and ensure timely resolution
  • Maintain accurate notes, updates, and client records
