Customer Service Representative

Responsibilities:

• Verify examinee identity using approved authentication methods
• Monitor candidates in real time via webcam, screen sharing, and audio
• Ensure compliance with exam rules and online proctoring guidelines
• Detect, document, and report suspicious behavior or policy violations
• Provide clear exam instructions and procedural support to candidates
• Respond to technical concerns related to the proctoring platform
• Maintain detailed logs, screenshots, or recordings as required
• Escalate incidents in accordance with established protocols

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Good English Communication Skills
• Amenable in shifting schedules
• Amenable to work onsite ( Ortigas Pasig)

Skills/Ability:
