Duties and Responsibilities
- Assisting in furnishing the units for Airbnb
- Upload the listings and edit info in Airbnb for booking
- Manage incoming inquiries during office hours(9-6) and out of office hours (6pm-10pm, not standing by, but need to reply)
- Record the income and submit to finance
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
Qualifications
- Proven customer support experience or experience as a Client Service Representative
- At least 1 year experience in Customer Service
- MUST be knowledgeable or have an experience with AGODA, BOOKING.COM, TRIP and AirBnb
