The ideal candidate will have 1–4 years of experience in healthcare, skin clinics, or dermatology centers , with a strong ability to manage patient interactions while supporting sales and clinic operations. This role is critical in creating a welcoming patient experience, ensuring smooth front-desk operations, and contributing to clinic revenue through service promotion and appointment conversions.
