About the Role
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Responsible for answering customer queries through various communication channels such as phone, email, chat.
- Help customer troubleshoot issues, resolve problems, and find solution to their concern.
- Explain or educate the customer about product & services to assist the customers in making the decision.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, including the nature of inquire, action taken, and resolution provided.
- Ensuing that all customer service interaction adhere to company policies, guidelines, and ethical standard is important.
- Follow up with the customers to ensure that their issues have been resolved and that they are satisfied with the service provided.
Skills & Experience:
