Responsibilities

  • Handle customer service inquiries via phone and email in a fast-paced manufacturing setting
  • Process and manage order entry, including order changes, tracking, and issue resolution
  • Provide accurate information on product details, pricing, and order status
  • Coordinate closely with production, shipping, and internal teams to ensure timely fulfillment
  • Assist with shipping documentation, including bills of lading, and support logistics processes
  • Help coordinate with carriers, freight providers, and customs (as needed) for domestic and international shipments
  • Maintain and update customer and order data within internal systems
